Heart Care is a local centre providing Rehabilitation & Wellness services with Expert Gym : Exercise & Mental Support. My own needs being an ongoing fight against exhaustion & weakness from cancer so that I can cope with day-to-day tasks that my weakness makes such a challenge.

In an atmosphere of friendship & shared experience it is proving a wholly supported journey with exercise equipment + the guidance of trained helpful concerned staff.
Running costs are high and only part funded by the NHS ~ Just look at the website to see the value for money any donations will afford: a range of support and services well beyond those I am presently making advantage of.
It is a saviour for me: for which I am so grateful: and, I see the many others also having the benefit of this essential service, not otherwise available.
