Once you've completed your cardiac rehabilitation, our After Care service is particularly beneificial if you live near Streetly or North Birmingham.  We provide the ongoing reassurance and support you need and our professional on-site team is dedicated to helping you maintain your heart health in a friendly, safe, and well-equipped environment.
