PERFORM Trial

The PERFORM trial at Heart Care Walsall is recruiting!

We are taking part in research to determine if exercise rehabilitation can help people with multiple long-term conditions? Can you help take part in this 12 month trial?

We are looking for participants with two or more long-term health conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, Long COVID, hypertension, or depression, to take part in an exercise-based rehabilitation trial.

The program includes:

- An initial individual physical assessment.

- Two-hour group sessions, twice a week for 8 weeks, focusing on exercise and health & wellbeing topics supported by a Health Care Professional.
